Ulcinj is situated on the very South of the Adriatic sea between 19o 22 ' 30 '' of the Eastern Geographical Latitude and 41o 5 ' 6 '' of the Northern Geographical Longitude. The municipality has 25.000 inhabitants, and is characterised by largest number of sunny days on the Adriatic (annual average 218 days or 2706 hours). With around 20 km beaches, among these 15 km fine sandy beaches, with over 6.000 h of arable land, with olive orchard with around 88.000 olive trees, healing features of sand, mud and mineral sulphur water, with around twenty hotels and around 6.000 beds in them, with the unique paradise for naturists Bojana Island, with several resorts and auto-camps with great capacity,
with around fifteen travel agencies, with over 80 restaurants and other catering facilities, with four discos, two night clubs and a casino, with over 30 arranged beaches and bathing places, with Adriatic variance of the Mediterranean climate and sub-tropic vegetation, with average annual air temperature of 16,5o C and average summer temperature of 24,4o C, with rich history (City is founded in V century B.C.), with Old City and its beautiful fortresses emerging from the sea, with over 30 churches and mosques, with Lake of Sas, the lake of virgin beauty and medieval city just above the lake, with several traditional tourist and cultural summer manifestations,
